Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Delivery Timeline

• Karachi: 3-5 business days.

• Major Cities (LHR, ISB, etc.): 2-4 business days.

• Rest of Pakistan: 5–7 business days.

Shipping Charges

• Standard Delivery: Flat rate of Rs. 250 nationwide.

• Free Shipping: On all orders above Rs. 5,000.

Payment Methods

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and secure online bank transfers. For COD, please ensure the exact amount is ready upon the courier's arrival.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp.

Important Notes

• Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• Please check the package for any signs of tampering before accepting it from the rider.
