30-Day Policy

We offer a 30-day exchange policy. If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange the item or request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions for Return

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
• All tags and labels must be intact.
• Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

How to Exchange

• Reverse Pickup: We can arrange a pickup in certain cities, or you may be asked to ship the item back to our warehouse.
• Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, your exchange or refund will be processed within 3–5 working days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items on Clearance Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
